Scope of Work

The Lead Flow Intensive™ is a 1-day private implementation experience where I provide done-with-you services related to funnel strategy, sales copywriting, and funnel tech setup.

The focus of your day will depend on which phase you are in: Map, Message, or Mechanize.

Included in your VIP Day:

• 1-hour pre-intensive strategy call
• Up to 7 hours of implementation work on your scheduled VIP Day
• 2 weeks of post-intensive email or video support (related to the work completed)

Work is completed remotely. Your presence and availability for timely feedback throughout the day are expected to ensure maximum progress.

Scheduling

VIP Day hours are typically between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Mountain Time. Your scheduled date is not reserved until full payment is made following your $200 Clarity Call.

You will receive prep instructions and a client workbook before your intensive. Your day is most effective when you arrive clear, prepared, and available.

Post-Intensive Support

You’ll receive 2 weeks of post-day email or video support. This is for questions or clarifications related to what was built during your VIP Day. It does not include additional copywriting, strategy, or tech builds. If further work is needed, you may book another VIP Day or a half-day intensive.

Payment

The total cost of The Lead Flow Intensive™ is $3,000 USD, payable in full following your Clarity Call.

• Your $200 Clarity Call is a required first step and is non-refundable.
• If we decide to move forward together, the $200 will be credited toward your VIP Day, reducing the final invoice to $2,800.
• No work will begin and no date will be reserved until the remaining balance is paid in full.

Refunds & Rescheduling

VIP Day bookings are non-refundable.

Rescheduling is allowed once with at least 7 days' written notice. Your booking must be used within 90 days of payment. If you fail to reschedule within that timeframe, or cancel without notice, your payment will be forfeited.

If more than 90 days pass and you have not rebooked, you may be required to pay the current VIP Day rate if it has increased since your original booking.

Ownership of Work

All deliverables created for you during the VIP Day are yours to keep and use. You may modify and publish them freely.

Permission to Share Results

You agree that I may share general outcomes (e.g., testimonials, screenshots, sales results) as part of case studies or promotional materials. I will never share sensitive information or private client data.
